CNC MILLING MACHINE

CNC milling, or computer numerical control milling, is a machining process which employs computerized controls and rotating multi-point cutting tools to progressively remove materials from the workpiece and produce a custom-designed part or product.

CONVENTIONAL MILLING MACHINE

Milling is the process of machining using rotary cutters to remove material by advancing a cutter into a work piece. This may be done varying direction on one or several axes, cutter head speed, and pressure. Milling covers a wide variety of different operations and machines, on scale from small individual parts to large, heavy-duty gang milling operations. It is one of the most commonly used processes for machining custom parts to precise tolerances.

CNC LATHE MACHINE

A CNC lathe(CNC turning machine) is a machine that spins material around a central spindle and a fixed cutting tool. Instead of being controlled by physical labor, the movement of your components is determined by coded instructions fed to a computer. Multiple stages may be set simultaneously, avoiding the need for your component to leave the lathe between producing and ensuring accurate cut placement.

CONVENTIONAL LATHE MACHINE

A lathe is a machine tool that rotates a workpiece about an axis of rotation to perform various operations such as cutting, sanding, knurling, drilling, deformation, facing, and turning with tools that are applied to the workpiece to create an object with symmetry about that axis.

EDM MACHINE

Electrical Discharge Machining, also known as spark machining, spark eroding, die sinking, wire burning or wire erosion is a metal fabrication process whereby a desired shaped is obtained by using electrical discharges.

WIRE CUT MACHINE

In wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM), Also known as wire-cut EDM and wire cutting, a thin-single strand metal wire, usually brass, is fed through the workpiece, submerge in a tank of dielectric fluid, typically deionized water.

SURFACE GRINDING MACHINE

A surface grinder is a machine tool used to provide precision ground surfaces, either to a critical size or for the surface finish.

The typical precision of a surface grinder depends on the type and usage, however ±0.002 mm (±0.0001 in) should be achievable on most surface grinders

LASER CUTTING MACHINE

Laser cutting machines are a tool used in a wide range of industries for precision cutting and designing projects. The laser cutting machine emits a high powered laser beam to either cleanly cut or etch a specific design on materials such as steel, plastic or wood.

HYDRAULIC BENDING MACHINE

Hydraulic press brake can bend various plates. This hydraulic bending machine can satisfy many workpieces’ requirements by changing molds. The structure mainly includes the bracket, the workbench and the clamping plate. Workbench is on the bracket, and consists of base and the clamp. The base is connected to the clamp plate through a hinge, and the base is composed of shell, coil and plate. When using hydraulic press brake, coil is powered on by a conductor. After powering on, the clamp generates bending force, so as to realize the bending of steel plates.

SHEARING MACHINE

Most commonly, shearing is used to cut a sheet parallel to an existing edge which is held square, but angled cuts can be made as well. For this reason, shearing is primarily used to cut sheet stock into smaller sizes in preparation for other processes.

CMM MACHINE

A coordinate measuring machine (CMM) is either a contact model that uses touch probes, a spherical object used to perform measurements, or a non-contact model, which uses other method such as cameras and lasers Some models designed for the automotive industry can even measure targets larger than 10m (30ft) in size.
